It all began in the family kitchens of Algiers: semolina rubbed by hand, roasted almonds, syrup spun to a thread, orange blossom perfuming the trays.
In 2004, the house opened on Jean-Talon East. Twenty years later, the promise hasn't moved: keep it simple, good and beautiful, in small daily batches.
