Tcharek el aryane, “the bare one”, is the gazelle horn without coating: thin golden pastry around an almond filling. Simpler than the sugar-coated tcharek, it is enjoyed with tea, every day or on holidays. Sold individually or in boxes of 12, 24 or 36 pieces you put together. Keep in an airtight box, away from heat and humidity.
