Petit makrout is the semolina and date diamond in bite size. Crumbly outside and soft at the centre, it is served loose on a tray or with coffee, for Eid or any day. Sold by weight: 250 g, 500 g or 1 kg. Keep in an airtight box, away from heat and humidity.
